- Ab Curl and Chest Press
- Ball Push Up
- Seated Torso Rotation
- Medicine Ball Crunches
- Ball Twists
- Triceps Extention
- Pisao Kick
- Balanca
- Dead Lift to Hip Opener
- Squat Thrust and Row
- Single Leg Skater Squat
There are some others but I can't seem to find any examples for them online.
